Your tasks:
- You'll learn how to plan, set up, and operate IT systems – from hardware to the cloud.
- You will support us in taking care of our customers and will help in solving technical problems.
- You work with modern technologies such as Microsoft 365, Azure, and virtualization solutions.
- You will be part of real customer projects and learn how to implement IT solutions professionally.
- You document your work and learn how to structure and secure IT processes.

- Teamwork, reliability, and willingness to learn
- At least a technical college entrance qualification
- Initial experience with computers, networks, or software is a plus
