medisana GmbH, a mid-sized company in the medical and wellness products sector, faced the challenge of modernising its established IT landscape while also meeting regulatory data residency requirements. RIMERIT planned and delivered a highly complex migration from a non-European Microsoft 365 tenant to a European Microsoft cloud region in order to meet data protection and data sovereignty requirements. As part of the project:

● Around 500 Exchange objects — including mailboxes, distribution lists, resources, and rules — were migrated

To further strengthen the IT environment, RIMERIT implemented two-factor authentication via RADIUS. This significantly enhanced the security of VPN and infrastructure access while also aligning with modern compliance and security best practices — with high user acceptance.
